14 Week programs in a multitude of sports in the following: Athletic Speed, Athletic Agility, Vertical, Baseball, Basketball, Football, or Soccer.
Each program will be 3 or 4 days a week. Each session will be 1.5 to 2 hours (3 days/week) or 1 hour (4 days/week) in duration.
Each program will have its own unique corrective exercises, workouts, targets and goals based on desired sport or unique need (Strength, Mass, etc.)
All sport performance programs come with client's choice of supplemental training (Recovery, Sport Nutrition, Mindset, Mobility, Specific Muscle Targeting)
